Victory Heights Primary School is a community-based, British-curriculum primary school located in Dubai Sports City, adjacent to the Victory Heights residential community.

We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage Programme, leading into the British National Curriculum. This is adapted for an international setting and allows us the freedom to inspire all students with creative topics, whilst being able to track progress and celebrate success.

We are a school at the heart of our community, bursting with energy, enthusiasm and creativity and setting high academic standards. We are seeking a team member who is friendly and highly motivated and will be required to work in partnership with VHPS Team, extremely adaptable, work under pressure, take initiative and go above and beyond in role.

Deputy Head Teacher

Start Date:            August 2021

Location:               Sports City, Dubai

Contract term:     Full Time

After 8 years of impeccable service, our current founding Deputy Head Teacher will be returning to the UK.

Victory Heights Primary School is now recruiting a passionate leader to work alongside the founding Principal. The suitable candidate will need to possess the following skills:

  • A positive attitude and a love for school life
  • A strong sense of community
  • High expectations of Teaching and Learning
  • Ability to bring out the best in others
  • Proven organisational skills and high level of IT competency
  • Creativity and energy to enrich school events and culture
  • Ability to analyse data and give clear recommendations for gaps and objective led planning

Qualifications and experience:

  • Should hold as a minimum, a B.Ed. or B.A & PGCE / PGDE or equivalent. Tertiary qualifications such as NPQH is desirable.
  • It is preferred that applicants have at least 3 years’ experience as a Senior Leader. 
  • Thorough understanding of School Self Evaluation and has proven impact on school improvement

STEAM Teacher

Start Date:            January 2021

Contract term:     Full Time

Victory Heights Primary School is looking to employ an enthusiastic, passionate STEAM teacher to join our warm, high performing primary school in January 2021. We have a homemade STEAM curriculum that gives opportunities and progression from Year 2 to 6. After 5 years of phenomenal service to science and design thinking, our current STEAM innovator will be returning to the UK.

 The suitable candidate will need to possess the following skills:

  • Passionate, knowledgeable and experienced in STEAM
  • Organised and creative with resources
  • Have a thirst for inquiry opportunities and be an innovative problem solver and role model

  • Should hold as a minimum, a B.Ed. or B.A & PGCE / PGDE or equivalent.
