Victory Heights Primary School is a state-of-the-art, British-curriculum primary school located in Dubai Sports City, adjacent to the Victory Heights residential community.

We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum, leading into the British National Curriculum. This is adapted for an international setting and allows us the freedom to inspire all students with creative topics, whilst being able to track progress and celebrate success.

We are recruiting for the following positions:

1. Supply Cover Teachers 

We are looking for Maternity cover teacher for our Foundation Stage/Key Stage 1 class. As a vital member of our school community, passionate about teaching and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality education to students.
Requirements:
- Possession of relevant teaching qualifications such as QTS or PGCE.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate instruction to meet the
needs of diverse learners.
- Minimum of two years of experience teaching in a primary school setting.
- Currently hold a valid UAE residence family visa

2. Assistant Headteacher 

Deadline: 28th October, 12.00 pm

Victory Heights Primary School is seeking two dynamic and passionate leaders to join our Senior Leadership Team as Assistant Headteachers. Following the internal promotion of two valued team members, we are looking for educators with the drive and vision to shape the future of our school.

The Role: As an Assistant Headteacher, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic leadership of the school. Your responsibilities will include areas such as assessment, leading professional development programmes, operational management, organising whole-school events, and fostering strong communications and parent relationships. The roles are flexible, with specific duties tailored to the strengths of the successful candidates.

Key Qualities We Are Looking For:

●     A visionary leader capable of inspiring and motivating both staff and students.

●     Experience in one or more of the following areas: assessment, professional development, operational management, organising large-scale events, or leading communications and parent relationships.

●     A strategic thinker who can contribute to whole-school improvement with a focus on innovation and measurable impact.

●     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, students, and parents.

●     A commitment to fostering a positive school culture that reflects our core values: Nurture, Challenge, Excel.

●     Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to shape the role in response to the school’s evolving priorities.

Desirable Experience:

●     Proven leadership experience in a primary school at middle or senior leadership level.

●     Experience leading schools through inspections, such as KHDA or BSO.

●     A track record of driving educational improvement and leading initiatives that enhance student progress.

●     Experience in coaching, mentoring, and supporting colleagues in their professional development.
