Victory Heights Primary School is a community-based, British-curriculum primary school located in Dubai Sports City, adjacent to the Victory Heights residential community.

We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage Programme, leading into the British National Curriculum. This is adapted for an international setting and allows us the freedom to inspire all students with creative topics, whilst being able to track progress and celebrate success.

Position : Inclusion Teacher

Duration : Full Time

Victory Heights Primary School is looking for Passionate knowledgeable Inclusion teachers who are flexible, resilient and confident. The Learning Support Teachers are to be deployed around the school to ensure that all students are able to access the curriculum to the best of their abilities whilst being mindful of their unique learning needs and behaviour. The Learning Support Teacher will be required to work closely with their Year Leader, the class teachers and the Inclusion team to ensure that barriers to learning are removed. The Learning Support Teachers, alongside the class teachers and the Inclusion Support team, are there to ensure that students develop confidence and independence in all aspects of their development, i.e., academic, cognitive, social and emotional skills. We have a thriving CPD ethic which ensures that our teachers are developed, refreshed and feel valued. We are known for our commitment to “investment in happiness and being serious about learning” a community that believes in purposeful reflection. 

Qualifications and experience:

  • Solid and demonstrable teaching experience within Primary, following the UK National Curriculum.
  • A certified teaching qualification, such as B.Ed, PGCE, PGDE or equivalent.
  • Additional SEN qualifications and/or courses
  • Experience of working within an Inclusion department
  • To be proactive and promote an inclusive ethos throughout the school
  • The desire to provide outstanding teaching and learning.

Admin Manager / Bursar

Location:  Dubai

Duration:  Full Time, Limited Contract

Start Date: Flexible (End of May)

We are looking for;

Creative Administrative Manager/Bursar to oversee office operations and administrative staff members. You will hire, develop, review, and improve policies, systems, procedures; and generally ensure the departments operates smoothly and efficiently.

A professional with the knowledge and analytical skills, organized with a proactive attitude and strong leadership skills.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce is a must.
  • Provide advice and strategic guidance to the Principal/Director, Senior Leadership on financial and operational matters and be accountable for their effectiveness using robust performance management systems.
  • Ensure that all staff are supported with high quality continuous professional development and training which contributes to the development and achievements of the School.
  • Support the Principal/Director in achieving the key strategic objectives for the School through formulating and leading on specific aspects of the school improvement plan.
  • Relevant experience in similar role (e.g. facilities, procurement) ideally in an Educational Institution.
  • Strong IT skills and logistics
  • Operations management and compliance experience
  • Experience working with regulatory bodies
  • Strategic planning and business development abilities
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve and support
