We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage Programme, leading into the British National Curriculum. 1. Supply Cover Class Teacher 

Start Date: August 2026

2. Arabic Supply Cover Teacher

Start Date: August 2026

3. Facilities & Operations Assistant

Start Date: August 2026

Victory Heights Primary School is seeking a proactive and highly organised Facilities & Operations Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support the smooth day-to-day running of the school's facilities and operational services, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for students, staff, and visitors.

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced school environment and is committed to delivering high standards of operational support. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while working collaboratively with colleagues and external service providers.

Requirements:
• Relevant qualifications in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Operations, or a related field.
• Previous experience in facilities, operations, administration, or a similar role.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proactive, flexible, and able to respond quickly to operational priorities.
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional approach.
• Basic knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience working with schools, RTA, Civil Defence, municipalities, or government authorities is highly desirable.

4. Victory Heights Nursery Manager

Start Date: August 2026

Victory Heights Nursery is a nurturing and community-focused Early Years setting in Dubai, committed to providing a joyful, safe and inspiring environment where children can thrive through purposeful learning, play, exploration and positive relationships.

We are seeking an outstanding Nursery Manager to lead our nursery with warmth, professionalism and vision. The successful candidate will be a nurturing, hands-on leader with a strong understanding of Early Years education, who is passionate about creating an inclusive environment where every child is known, every team member is valued, and every family feels connected.

Requirements:

• CACHE Level 5 Diploma in Early Years or equivalent – essential
• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field – preferred
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an Early Years setting, including 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and developmentally appropriate Early Years practice
• Experience with UAE regulatory requirements, safeguarding, health and safety, licensing and inspections
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop Early Years educators and support staff
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Valid Paediatric First Aid certification
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with children, families and staff
• Experience interacting with regulatory authorities, including KHDA
• Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and the well-being of every child
