Magda Abdulraheem

Head of Arabic & Islamic Studies

Magda graduated from Cairo University and has an Educational Diploma in Arabic. She has also undergone a proficiency test in Arabic in Al Ain university in 2011. Magda is a qualified Arabic teacher. She has 26 years of experience as an AA and AB teacher. Having worked in the region for 12 years, Magda has managed to earn the "Good" rating for her department by the KHDA multiple times, which she is extremely proud of. Magda spent 8 years working in Taaleem schools. She aspires to improve the level of Arabic in Victory Heights amongst both native speakers and non native speakers through innovative methods in teaching. In her spare time, Magda enjoys filming authentic recipes and spending time with her 3 children.





Fadia Daas

Arabic Teacher

Marhaba, I am Fadia Daas. Am Arabic B teacher , I have worked as a teacher and coordinator for 25 years in the UAE and Jordan. My previous school was Dubai Gems American Academy. I graduated from Oscarmount University with Master degree  of Early Childhood Education. and  I  have High Diploma in teaching ESL  from Jordan too. I'm  so excited about the great opportunity I have to learn with the amazing children of VHPS.





Joumana Al Haloush

I am from Syria and I graduated from Damascus University in 2000-2001 with Certificate of Educational Qualification and in 1996-1997  with a BA in Arabic Art. I moved to Dubai in 2005 and I joined the International School of Choueifat as an Arabic and Islamic Teacher. I am very happy to be a part of Victory Heights Primary School team as an Arabic A & B teacher.





Abir Tayfour

I am Abir Tayfour , I am from Syria and I graduated from Albaeth University in 1997  with a BA in Arabic Art and I moved to Dubai in 1998 and I joined to Alchwefat School as Arabic and Islamic Teacher . I am very happy to be a part of Victory Heights Primary School team.





Amal Al Mekawy

My name is Amal Mekawy and I am a Arabic and Islamic studies graduate from Cairo University (1992). I've been teaching for the last 17 years mostly in GEMS schools. My talent and passion is in teaching Arabic through creative games and activities.





Arooj Nisar

I have a BA in Islamic Studies from Preston University, Ajman and Wisdom International School of Higher Education Studies, Philippines. I also hold the CELTA certificate. During my past teaching experiences I have worked with children from many different nationalities.  I love comfort cooking and during free time baking. Anything creative inspires me.
