After we have initially processed your application, you will need to pay the non-refundable AED 850 application fee. If the application fee is not paid within 30 days, the application is removed from our system.

Subject to us having availability in the year group for which you have applied, our Admissions department will contact you at the relevant time to arrange for the pre –entry assessment test. Prior to the date of assessment, please send us a copy of your child’s school reports for the last 2 years, or if your application is for Foundation Stage, a copy of your child’s nursery reports if any. Please note that the full non-refundable AED 850 Application Fee must be paid prior to scheduling an assessment.
If your child is abroad, we may agree to coordinate an initial assessment in their current school. Kindly provide us with the contact details (Head teacher or Admission Department email address and her/his full name). Please also send us a copy of your child’s school reports for the last 2 years, prior to the assessment taking place.
If accepted, you will receive an offer letter sent by the Admissions office. You will then be required to submit the appropriate documentation and payment of AED 7000 for non-refundable deposit against the application, which allows us to proceed further with your child’s registration and will be counted towards the full tuition fees.
*Please note that the enrolment deposit for the 2017-18 Academic Year is AED 8500
Please note that for non-refundable application fee of AED 850 we will only accept cash payment. The bank transfer will only be accepted for applications outside of the UAE. (Please make sure you have the exact amount if you decide to proceed with the payment at VHPS School Reception).
