Last Saturday, enabled all of us to understand how Children’s University works. It’s a programme whereby children can develop their understanding of vocational jobs (such as a photographer) and recognise their importance in a real life context. Through research and investigation, the children can then present their findings.

They will ‘graduate’ from their chosen vocation at the end of the programme. Our guest speaker made several links between the importance of university education and learning new skills (such as a person with a degree in finance who learns coding, and builds his/her own app and starts a business).

With visiting speaker, Abdulla Al Qassab, Emirati, Public Speaker, Mentor, TV Presenter, Stand-Up Comedian.
